At The Hitching Post, a gift store located on Haven Street, owner Leslie Leahy has been selling bean-pod candles that have been made from natural soy beans and greeting cards that have been made from 100-percent recycled paper. Debbie Rio, owner of Goodhearts, a children’s shop on Main Street, has been selling organic clothing with “beautiful prints” for babies after she received numerous inquiries from costumers asking whether the store sells organic clothing. read more
