On December 1, 2007 the region’s first two PetsHotels is scheduled to officially open their doors at the PetSmart locations at 1750 Innes Rd Ottawa E ON and 1851 Merivale E. Boasting 5,000 to 7,000 square feet, each PetsHotel is located within a PetSmart store where canine and feline guests are treated to a high-quality day and overnight care service. Half of all PetsHotel customers will also make the leap and purchase extras (like special treats and play time), while a third will opt for grooming services.
