The Chippewa Falls Police Department have some tips to make Halloween safe. To help prevent children from munching, give them a snack or light meal before they go don’t send them out on an empty stomach. If using real candles set them far enough out of the way so that kids costumes won’’t accidentally be set on fire. While pumpkin carving, small children shouldn’t be allowed to use a sharp knife to cut the top or the face.
