(hypoallergenic dogs) Tips make Halloween a safe experience for all - Chippewa Herald

For the Herald - Halloween is a fun time for kids, but it is also an important time to be extra vigilant for possible safety hazards so that your children have a fun and safe Halloween. The Chippewa Falls Police Department have some tips to make Halloween safe. To help prevent children from munching, give them a snack or light meal before they go don’t send them out on an empty stomach. If using real candles set them far enough out of the way so that kids costumes won’’t accidentally be set on fire. While pumpkin carving, small children shouldn’t be allowed to use a sharp knife to cut the top or the face. I am one of those 8-5pm employees, who works in Eau Claire, and have to get home in time so my children can enjoy trick or treating. read more
