hypoallergenic dogs - Dog groomer offers a special touch (Johnson City Press)

Email Article Dogs are dropped off at Personal Touch Pet Grooming in the morning and all day long. This isn’t a shop where dogs come in for dog show cuts. Hamm spent an early Monday morning trimming Johnson City hair salon owner Carlos Ponce’s 3-year-old bichon, Aldo, and 11-year-old cocker spaniel, Priscilla, whom he considers the sweeter of the two. He laughingly recalled while waiting for Aldo to emerge from his grooming that, when he and each of his siblings moved out of the family home, each bought cocker spaniels and let them live inside as companions. Every now and then she’ll talk to a client in the morning if he wants to change the cut his or her dog gets, but her constant interaction is with the dogs. McKinley’s not just interested in grooming as many dogs as she can, but in making herself and those under the dryer happy.
