Wheelchair Aide Dogs can help to pull manual wheelchairs up ramps, over door sills and over uneven surfaces, they can steady the chair to keep it from tipping over, or, conversely brace the chair’s occupant so that they can transfer from bed to chair, from the chair into a car or back again, or they can help their person manage personal care when facilities are inadequately equipped or not equipped at all for a handicapped person’s use.
